Mrs. Ntombizodwa Prudence Phungula

Executive Director


Mrs. Ntombizodwa Prudence Phungula holds a National Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from Technikon of Mangosuthu, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of South Africa, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Witwatersrand. Her strengths include a keen entrepreneurial sense, strong analytical, networking and excellent marketing skills. She has extensive leadership experience that she gained while working for the previous companies. She is also responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the marketing strategies, marketing communication both internal and external.

Mr. Gideon Phungula

Managing Director


Mr.Phungula is the founding director and Managing Director of The Lawyers Voice South Africa and Legal Voice Ltd Lesotho. He started of his career as a lawyer in 1994 and in 1997 he started the Legal Voice South Africa. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and advocate of the High Court of Lesotho. In addition he is also a compliance officer for short term insurance appointed by the Financial Services Board (FSB) South Africa. He holds the following three degrees: B Proc degree, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree both from the University of Natal South Africa, and Masters in Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA.
